Pak kyong-ni Memorial Hall

Pak kyong-ni (1926–2008) is the author of “The Land” who left a great footprint in the history of Korean literature.
She is from Tongyeong and a literature park has been established in her memory at the skirt of Mt.
Mireuksan in Sanyang-eup, where her grave is located. The Pak kyong-ni Memorial Center was established to remember author Pak's literary world in a place overlooking the beautiful coast of Tongyeong, and is a tourist attraction of Tongyeong together with Literature Park.
