Suudo Island

Situated in the westernmost part of Tongyeong, Suudo is an island of outstanding natural landscape. Words of exclamation come out of visitors’ mouths as they encounter the strange forms of coastal cliffs aboard a boat. The Suubawi Rock, in particular, is called Skull Rock because of the holes that the wind and rain helped form over time. It is known as the most aesthetically shaped rock on the southern coast.
