Cheonwangbong Peak on Yokjido Island

Cheonwangbong, the highest peak on Yokjido Island, rises 392 meters above sea level. The trail spanning the length of Yokjido starts at Yapo, and the 3 kilometer-long coastal road from the wharf to Yapo offers scenic views of the fishing village. The actual trail begins once climbers get to Ilchulbong Peak. Views of the endless sea and waves crashing against the shore are the highlight of Cheonwangbong Peak hiking adventure.
