Yokjido Island

Yokjido Island, which is about 32km off Tongyeonghang Harbor, lies next to the smaller islands of Yeonhwado, Sangnodaedo, Hanodaedo, Dumido, and Chodo. These islands together form a shape similar to a lotus flower floating on the sea. Yokjido Island has a total land area of 14.5km².
The many twists and turns of its shoreline total 31 kilometers in length. Not yet widely known to tourists, this island provides a delightful and peaceful environment where one can enjoy angling, round-the-island sightseeing, and swimming
