RCE Tongyeong Sejahtera Forest

The word “Sejahtera” is a Sanskrit word referring to the concept of coexistence. RCE Tongyeong Sejahtera Forest is a center for education for sustainable development (ESD) that teaches the values of coexistence between humanity and nature and between different generations. It is an eco-park where visitors can experience the beauty of the seasons, from spring and summer to fall, as well as an educational space where one can learn about the philosophy of sustainable living through the Zero Waste Shop and the ESD Library. It offers nearly 10 types of ESD programs catering to a wide range of groups, from kindergarteners to adults.
